If your Hi5 Beast isn’t charging when connected to a USB-C cable, first check the connection points and try a different power source.

First, check that your Hi5 Beast has enough battery charge. After charging, take small puffs to test vapor production.

Place the Hi5 Beast in an upright position and let it sit for 5 minutes. Afterwards, take small puffs to test for leaking.
